    SiteGround Hosting is a hosting service provided by SiteGround Hosting Ltd. or by SG Hosting Inc., depending on how the Owner manages the Data processing.

  • iubenda Consent Database (iubenda srl)

    The iubenda Consent Database allows to store and retrieve records of Users’ consent to the processing of Personal Data, and information and preferences expressed in relation to the provided consent. In order to do so, it makes use of a Tracker that temporarily stores pending information on the User’s device until it is processed by the API. The Tracker (a browser feature called localStorage) is at that point deleted.

    Cloudflare is a traffic optimization and distribution service provided by Cloudflare Inc. The way Cloudflare is integrated means that it filters all the traffic through this Application, i.e., communication between this Application and the User's browser, while also allowing analytical data from this Application to be collected.

    Personal Data processed: Trackers and various types of Data as specified in the privacy policy of the service.

  • SiteGround CDN

    The website uses a Content Delivery Network (CDN) service provided by SiteGround Spain S.L., with servers distributed globally, in order to ensure faster and more secure content delivery. The CDN may automatically collect and process certain technical data from users, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and HTTP requests, solely for the purpose of optimizing page loading speed and ensuring site availability.

    Such data may transit through servers located outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area (EEA). In these cases, SiteGround applies Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission to ensure an adequate level of protection for personal data.

  • Adilo (by BigCommand LLC)

    This website uses Adilo, a service provided by BigCommand LLC, for hosting and playing its video content. The use of the player involves the transmission of certain technical user data (such as IP address, browser type, operating system, language, display settings, and browsing data) to BigCommand LLC’s servers solely for the purpose of enabling video playback. The Adilo video player may set technical cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the service (e.g., maintaining the video session, optimizing streaming).
    In addition, Adilo may set cookies for statistical analysis or advertising purposes; such cookies are installed only if the user provides consent through the website’s cookie banner.

    By registering on the mailing list or for the newsletter, the User’s email address will be added to the contact list of those who may receive email messages containing information of commercial or promotional nature concerning this Application. Your email address might also be added to this list as a result of signing up to this Application or after making a purchase.

    Personal Data processed: city, company name, country, county, date of birth, email address, first name, gender, last name, phone number, physical address, profession, state, Trackers, Usage Data, website and ZIP/Postal code.

Trackers managed by third parties

  • AidaForm

    AidaForm is a platform for creating and managing web forms. We use AidaForm to collect data through online forms, for example for contacts, course registrations, or information requests. The data is hosted on servers located in Germany and processed by AidaForm (Komorebi GmbH) as Data Processor. The submitted data may be viewed, downloaded, or forwarded by us to third parties involved in providing the requested service (e.g., teachers or external collaborators).

    Legal basis for processing: Explicit consent (art. 6 FADP).

    Conditions for Data transfer: Explicit consent (art. 17 FADP).

    Data retention period: Keeping the Data for the time necessary to fulfill statistical purposes.

  • WhatsApp Business Chat Widget (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited)

    WhatsApp Business Chat Widget is a service for interacting with the WhatsApp instant messaging app and platform provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.

    Personal Data processed: answers to questions, contents of the email or message, Data communicated while using the service, date of the message, first name, last name, phone number, profile picture, sender of the message, time the message was sent, Trackers and user content.

    The Facebook Messenger Customer Chat is a service for interacting with the Messenger instant messaging app and platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.
