Agorà s.r.l. assume soltanto l’impegno a trasmettere telematicamente alla Farmacia selezionata il file informatico caricato dall’Utente; in caso di ricetta dematerializzata è possibile caricare il file pdf, oppure inserire il codice NRE o il codice NRBE (numero di ricetta bianca elettronica) negli appositi campi presenti in fase di ordine; 4) ricetta elettronica veterinaria (facoltativo); 5) inserire il codice fiscale e specificare se si intende fruire della detrazione fiscale; 6) selezionare la tipologia di Servizio di Trasporto desiderata, specificando data, orario, metodo di pagamento; 7) inserire un eventuale codice sconto (facoltativo); 8) nome sul citofono (facoltativo); 9) dati di fatturazione, ossia indirizzo e codice fiscale.
