In 2011, online privacy was nearly non-existent. That was the year our founder, Andrea Giannangelo, realized there was no straightforward, affordable way to create an effective privacy policy. Businesses were caught between the high cost of custom legal services and risky, one-size-fits-all solutions. Determined to change that, Andrea built iubenda from the ground up to make compliance accessible, flexible, and affordable for everyone.
As iubenda grew, so did its impact. In 2022, we joined team.blue, enabling us to scale further and extend our compliance solutions to millions more web domains worldwide.
Fast forward to today, iubenda is a globally trusted digital compliance partner for over 150,000 clients worldwide. Over the years, we’ve expanded our expertise and ecosystem to better serve both growing businesses and enterprise organizations.
