Iubenda has decided today to allow for its texts to be placed there until we see where the development of the tvOS platform is going. Please follow the process outlined here.
Based on the currently available documentation Apple has tvOS placed under the same App Review Guidelines as iOS and watchOS:
All tvOS apps submitted to the App Store are reviewed based on a set of technical, content, and design criteria. Make sure to review the updated App Review Guidelines before submitting your app for review.
There’s a whole section that handles privacy rules within the App Store Review Guidelines (other privacy rules can be found under the other sections as well). Let’s print them here for your quick reference as of October 2015:
Apps cannot transmit data about a user without obtaining the user’s prior permission and providing the user with access to information about how and where the data will be used
Apps that require users to share personal information, such as email address and date of birth, in order to function will be rejected
Apps may ask for date of birth (or use other age-gating mechanisms) only for the purpose of complying with applicable children’s privacy statutes, but must include some useful functionality or entertainment value regardless of the user’s age
