Why Is My Payment Failing?

The payment error is usually connected to the payment method:

  • You may not have set up a payment method;
  • The payment method as currently configured is not working.

The issue can be resolved by adding a new payment method as follows:

Add new credit card or PayPal account

Once done you can delete any old payment method.
