Why Is My Payment Failing?

The payment error is usually connected to the payment method:

  • You may not have  set up a payment method
  • The payment method as currently configured is not functioning

The issue can be resolved by adding a new payment method as follows:

Billing and invoices

  • You can now Delete any old payment method, or
  • Add a new credit card or PayPal account
